By accessing https://navarre.app, using our group website, opting into our SMS programs, or using Billy (our internal employee platform), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Navarre Auto Group (NAVARREX LLC) from 1300 East College Street, Lake Charles, LA 70607.

Navarre Auto Group (NAVARREX LLC) is the parent company operating Navarre Chevrolet, Navarre Cadillac, Navarre Honda, Navarre Hyundai, Navarre GMC, Navarre Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler, Navarre Nissan, Navarre VinFast, Louisiana Direct Auto, and Navarre Premium Select across Southwest Louisiana.

You may use our public website to learn about Navarre Auto Group, find dealership locations, and link to affiliated rooftop sites for inventory, financing, service, and store-specific forms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Inventory, pricing, incentives, and availability on linked rooftop sites are subject to change and are offered by the applicable dealership location. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free.

Navarre Auto Group and its affiliated dealerships may send SMS messages related to customer care, sales follow-up, service appointments, delivery-related notifications, and occasional marketing messages — only after you opt in through a permitted method.

• Opt-in methods: You may opt in by affirmatively checking an SMS consent box on a web form (such as contact, test-drive, or availability forms on affiliated dealership sites), texting a keyword where advertised, replying to a message you initiated, or providing documented verbal consent to our staff.
• Consent not required: Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or leasing any goods or services.
• Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel the SMS service at any time. We will send a confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS from that program unless you opt in again.

• Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
• Privacy: Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Example consent language used on affiliated dealership forms: "By clicking this box, I agree to receive in-person or automated telemarketing calls and texts from [Dealership] at the number I entered. I understand that my consent is not required for purchase."

Consumer transactions, inventory, financing applications, and service appointments are typically completed with an individual rooftop location. Each location operates its own consumer-facing website. Our affiliated dealerships include:

You may not share credentials, scrape data, or use Billy for spam, harassment, or activity that violates law or carrier rules. We may suspend access that violates these terms or applicable policies.

AI-assisted features in Billy are provided to support business operations and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or safety advice.

Where permitted by law, telephone calls, voicemails, chats, text messages, and emails with us or our vendors may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, or stored for customer service, quality assurance, compliance, security, training, and business purposes.

Content on https://navarre.app, including text, logos, graphics, and layout, is owned by or licensed to NAVARREX LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site content without our prior written permission except as allowed by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws, except where a particular law applies and cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
